Philadelphia police are investigating a possible sexual assault at the hotel, and the Nets say the probe involves one of the team’s players. On Tuesday, Blatche wrote about the incident on Twitter. “Im ok and I didn’t do anything jus was n the area when it happened,” Blatche tweeted. He later took down the tweet.
Sources tell Action News investigators found samples of the date rape drug in the suite. Blatche and three others were questioned by police Tuesday morning. Blatche was released after a short time, though, the other two were held for further questioning before being released as well.”We don’t have anything at this point in time to charge anyone with a crime,” Ramsey said. The Nets forward told police while he was in the hotel suite, he was not in the same room where the sex was taking place. But sources say investigators found Blatche’s cell phone with what they described as compromising pictures of the alleged victim.

A 21-year-old woman filed a complaint alleging that she was assaulted at the Four Seasons Hotel in Center City at about 4 a.m., CBS Philly said. The Nets are scheduled to play the 76ers in Philadelphia tonight.
